I just read your final synopsis of the vineman! WOW! I am so proud of you and proud to know you. My new favorite number is 342! I had tears in my eyes reading the events of your very long day. I know how hard just a marathon is and cannot imagine running a marathon after swimming 2 1/2 miles, biking 100 miles and then running. Not only no, but hell no! You rock!
hugs, Karen Lindsey

Aden, that was amazing! And emotional. The bond of friendship that something like that creates is an iron one (excuse the pun)
The story was beautifully told. Congratulations!
I bet Jack and Carol are still on that cloud. I’m thrilled that Jack shared this with his home town friends.

How AWESOME was THAT !!!! and YOU !!! and “Mother-prejudice” has nothing to do with it ! Dad, as he said, and I, as I’m saying now, are SO proud of your accomplishment, especially considering all the effort and self-sacrifices you and ‘Team 303′ committed to and carried out………you have a true treasure in your dedicated friends…..ALL of them, and it was a delight being a part of your cheering section before, during, and after the race. You ARE an IRONMAN !!!!!

Love it man. There’s NOTHING you can’t do once you set your mind to it. Well done. Love that freak at the end.
